The rhythm-based Irish Dance classes provide the fundamentals as well as the opportunity to expand your dance vocabulary and apply technique to different music, tempos and rhythms.

The Broadway stage shows Riverdance and Lord of the Dance took the world by storm – making traditional reels and jigs mainstream. Now everyone can join the fun of the toe-tapping rhythms of Ireland with our adult dance lessons.
Footwear for soft-shoe dancing: Irish dance ghillies or jazz/ballet shoes (can be done in socks too)
Footwear for hard-shoe dancing: Irish dance hardshoes or tap shoes (can be done in clean sneakers)
