UPDATED: Parent Information for January 30 Showcase

Showcase Date: 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016

The show will run approx. 2hrs.
QU0EEN ELIZABETH THEATRE
190 Princes’ Blvd, on the Exhibition Grounds
The doors will open to the public at 3:30 pm.

Parking is available north of the building. TTC station is just a bit north and east of the theatre.

Please notify your teacher as soon as possible IF YOU THINK YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE PERFORMING.

REHEARSAL TIMES –There will be a full run through of the show prior to the performance. Each class will be given a call time for the children to be dropped off a few weeks prior to the performance.

Please pack a SMALL SNACK (nut free) for your child in plastic containers – nothing with wrappers or that may be messy to eat.

TICKETS can be purchased at the Joy of Dance reception. Students performing will NOT NEED to purchase a ticket. For those purchasing a ticket on the day of the showcase at the venue, please note that we will be accepting CASH ONLY.

PARENT HELPERS –Classes with children 12 years and under will need parent helpers. If you are interested, please speak with your child’s teacher. Volunteers MUST STAY with the class from rehearsal time AND until the last child has gone home. THERE IS NO SAVING SEATS.

COSTUMES will be organized individually with each teacher. All costumes have been ordered & must be paid for immediately at the front desk. IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH THERE IS NO TAX. We will not be bringing unpaid costumes to the Theater and they WILL NOT be available for purchase on the day of the show.
